The Premium Pivot

He switched to Star Paper Product's premium range — JK Easy Copier and Double A. He raised his prices slightly, but promised "Presentation Quality" prints.

The Result?

Students noticed. "When a student prints a thesis, they care how it feels. They care that the double-sided print doesn't bleed through. My shop became the 'Thesis Specialist'."

His volume didn't drop — it went up. And because he was buying wholesale from us, his input costs actually stayed manageable. Higher quality, higher margins, happier customers.
